I’m writing this after a week of trying to do the simple task of removing my authenticator app from my roblox account. I have tried everything I can, but thats not the point. The issue is how abysmally awful robloxs support system is.
First off, its hard to even get too, theres no way to get to the actual support page (Roblox Support) from the roblox website, or at least, it’s really difficult to find,
Once you find the support page and explain your issue, a garbage AI support bot takes over. The AI refuses to let you talk to a person, and it makes up fake email addresses to send verification codes to. Even if you can get to a “person” it still seems to be controlled by the same flawed ai bot, requesting even more fake emails with completely different @ domains. Roblox, we do not want 0.5 second response times, we want support, even if it’s from a human and will take a day or 2.
I didn’t have to write this, but I’m just so livid right now that if I can at least get a funny dev fourm post then it was worth it

I don’t know what exactly you’re trying to say, but they do not use AI for their emails. They use Zendesk for their support articles, contact form and responding to emails. Zendesk has a feature where representatives can essentially use templates and automatically fill out sections such as your name, so this might be why you believe it’s AI.
I’m mainly talking about the AI you get before you’re directed to support in emails
