Staff Regulations
- Grammar is demanded within all TRH facilities.
- Show respect towards all members of the community.
- Do not beg/ask for a promotion or shift(s).
- Be professional at all times.
- Do not set your nickname as a rank that you aren’t, ex. setting your nickname as Director as an Executive.
- Use common sense at all times, not all rules can be stated due to there being way too many rules.
Breaking any of these rules is prohibited and will result in a demotion.
Staff Information
All staff is expected to work, standing around and chatting is prohibited and not classified as working. Moderating or mini-modding is against the rules as only Corporate (AT+) can moderate the server.
Executive Directors+ can host shifts, all shifts must be 15+ minutes. Co-hosting shifts are banned and will result in a demotion. When promoting a user, there must be a shift present. Using invalid reasonings such as but not limited to, “passed shift, helped HRs, used grammar” is prohibited. Keep promotion reasonings detailed and a good length. Promoting with invalid reasonings will result in a demotion for all players involved.
If you encounter misbehaving users, please dish out (2) warnings before kicking. If a user has reached 3 kicks and 6 warnings, contact a Chairperson so they can get permission to ban.
Command Information
When a player reaches the rank Vice-Chairperson, they get access to the “announce” command. Please only use this when directing others to work, or if the lobby is too crowded. Abuse of this command will result in a demotion.
Please only use the “to” command when necessary. You use this command when someone is misbehaving and you are going to warn them or confront them. Minor abuse of this command will lead to a demotion.
Please only use the “kick” command when the user you are kicking from the server has maximum warnings (2). Kicking without warning the user two times will be categorized as Admin Abuse. Minor abuse of this command will lead to a demotion.
When you receive the “ban” command, you are not to use it without Administrative Team+ permission. The right time to ask for permission is when someone is trolling or has maximum kicks (3). Abusing this or not getting permission will result in a demotion.
Promotion Information
After every promotion, a 2-day cooldown is put into place. If caught bypassing, you will be demoted to your original rank. If you majorly abuse this, you will be blacklisted from all TRH facilities.
If someone gets free ranked, all users involved will be terminated/demoted.
