Jail Time For Different Laws
Tire III Law’s Time:
These laws are the worst crimes you could commit against the order. If you are found breaking these laws you could be subject to the following depending on how many times you did it, when you did it, who aided you, how planned it was, etc. If found breaking these laws you are subject to 4 hours - ban from game. These laws are no jokes, these are to keep us from being a toxic behavior and a friendly community. This should be a safe place, don’t abuse our resources to do this, instead leave suggestions on how we could make changes to the group.
Tire II Law’s time:
These are moderate laws which means if you break them you won’t suffer that bad of consequences. That doesn’t mean you can just break the laws though. These laws are some basic laws everyone can follow by just patrolling. Don’t break these laws they are not a joke, if you are caught you can be subject to 3 hours of jail time, a demotion of rank, stripted of titles in the order, or kick from game. This helps to ensure that people have a good time in the order, we want to be a friendly community who all enjoy something together.
Tire III Law’s Time:
Tire III Laws are the lowest classification of laws we have in the order. These laws should be used as common sense. But this is all here if you didn’t know these were against the rules/laws. Tire III laws are subject to around 25 mins - 1 hour in jail. But please try not to break these laws as it’s really easy to avoid them. Please don’t break any of these rules or laws as we want to keep our community friendly to all and we are just here to have fun.
Adding Jail Time
Adding Jail time to Tier I Laws:
Adding jail time to different Tier III Laws depends on the law. If there is a rebellion anyone who surrenders arrest them and add 2 hours to the sentence. If the leader is captured Notify a Council member + so they can be kicked/banned. The rest of that is classified information. If someone tries to kill a High Command member (Overseer +) They will be subject to a kick from their legion, demotion, arrest, and possible demotion to the lowest rank. If they kill the Emperor or Empresses they will be demoted and pleased on KOS/AOS for 2 days.
Adding Jail time to Tier II Laws:
Adding jail time is different to Tier II laws instead of Tier I or Tier III Laws. This is very mild compared to Tier I laws. The worst you can get from Tier II laws will be 3 hours. This also depends on what the crime was and how it was staged and when. Trespassing and Harassment are the worst Tier II crimes you can commit in this category. Depending on who you harass you can get up to 2 hours of jail time, then depending on where you trespass it can be up to 3 hours in jail. Such as if you trespass into the Emperor/Emperesse’s Quarters or the Council Meeting room. If you harass a High Command member you can be subject to either a demiton or 2 hours of jail. If you are demoted you can be subject to a rank lock for up to 3 days if bad enough it can be up to 1 week.
Adding Jail time to Tier III Laws:
Adding jail time to Tier III laws aren’t as bad as the laws above. But still don’t break the laws. The worst you can get for a Tier III law is around 2 hours in jail or a warning. Depending on what you do or how the crime was committed will determine how long you stay in jail. Being toxic is a warning or just an instant jail because we don’t tolerate that in this group. Desertion can be a 20 min jail sentence and finally Disturbing the peace/Loitering can result in around an 1 hour in jail.
Difference between Admin Abuse & Abuse
Admin abuse & abuse can go hand in hand sometimes. Sometimes someone will do both abuse and admin abuse at the same time so the other person being abused will leave. Admin abuse is when they abuse admin such as :fling, :fly, :ban, :kick, etc. All this is admin abuse if used without authorization or without reason for doing it. Abuse is when someone is being mean to you or harassing you all the time, and it goes on for a long time. This can also play into our topic of admin abuse playin in. This can play in because someone can abuse to harass another person. Admin abuse is making the person subject to a demotion, stripped of rank, and or being removed entirely till they learn not to abuse. Abuse can lead to a jail time of over 4 hours, demotion, or a kick from game, or ban. They can also be kicked from the group if reported enough times to the High Command. As abuse of admin or of members in the group is not tolerated we are a friendly group who likes to train, raid, and just over all have fun. If you do any of these things you’ll be removed and stripped of rank. If it happens again you’ll be exiled from the group and discord.
