Hello everyone, I would like to ask if I can use war footage (Vietnam War) for the intro of my game using the video feature, because I don’t want to get banned/warning or waste my time looking for the footage.
If you are to use footage, make sure it falls under fair use and that it is transformative. Do not show actual people being shot/harmed as you will be moderated. Furthermore, I understand why you’d want to use war footage for your war-themed game, but I believe you’d be better off using actual ingame footage for your trailer.
