good as you will see I only specialize in UI designer not in programming so someone could pass me a script here in the answers of how to program some wheels to push a key forward or reverse the basic functions of a car please and if you could pass me a video or book link to learn script. 
I’d suggest looking into input service for the controls: UserInputService | Roblox Creator Documentation
As for the car itself, I’ve never made one so unfortunately I wouldn’t be of much help. Id suggest looking up how to script a car here on the devforum or on google there should be something somewhere.
