"This community has been locked"

I’m posting here because I don’t know what else to do, and I’m hoping someone in the community has dealt with something similar.

A group I own was suddenly locked some time ago with the message: “This community has been locked.” No specific explanation was given to me, and despite months of back-and-forth with Roblox Support, I’ve been left with nothing but dead ends. The replies I’ve had feel very generic, as though the situation has been handled by automation rather than anyone actually looking into the details.

This has been incredibly frustrating. I’ve poured a lot of time and care into this community. It had quite a substantial amount of members and engagement from players of the games that were listed under my group, and it feels unfair to see all that effort cut off without warning or a clear path to fix things. I’ve made it clear that I’m willing to address whatever issue might have triggered the lock, but I’ve never been told anything concrete about what the issue was in the first place and no opportunity.

What stings most is the lack of transparency. I wasn’t given a chance to correct anything before the lock, and I’ve had no real answers since. I’ve cared deeply about building this community, and seeing it effectively shut down without a meaningful response makes me feel like I’ve been dismissed entirely.

Has anyone else experienced their community being locked like this? Were you able to get it reversed, or find a way to even get a straight answer from support?

At this point, I feel I’ve done everything I can on my end, but I’d really value any advice or shared experiences from others who’ve been through this.

Thanks.

I was able to get my group reversed back due to it being related to false DMCA claims, and I had to continuously argue with support for about a month.
See here: DMCA System has a giant flaw

I believe they in total closed about 10 of my tickets before finally realizing there is an error. Either they have super incompetent people working at Support, or they have absolutely no idea how the platform works to begin with. It is a never ending battle and frustration with Roblox Support, but in my experience, if you keep fighting it they eventually will reverse the false ban. It’s super dependent on who gets assigned your ticket.

Out of courisity what were the responses by Roblox Support? Keep in mind they are pretty much the only ones able to assist you
