My roblox anticheat place called ‘zen anticheat’ got me banned for 1 day for cheats and exploits, i made a ticket trough email and still dont have a response in 3/4 days. And now im trying to make another place for another game and its saying ‘This experience is currently not available’, is there a solution for this?

If you don’t hear anything back after a week, you can reply to the same ticket (rather than submitting a new one) to politely follow up and avoid making a duplicate request.
As for the “This experience is currently not available” issue, that typically shows up when a place is either under moderation review or your account still has restrictions, even if the original ban was only one day. Sometimes there’s a delay in lifting those backend flags.
Try checking the place from the Creator Dashboard to see if it has a moderation status attached. Also, create a brand new place from scratch (just a baseplate) and see if the same message shows.
