My roblox anticheat place called ‘zen anticheat’ got me banned for 1 day for cheats and exploits, i made a ticket trough email and still dont have a response in 3/4 days. And now im trying to make another place for another game and its saying ‘This experience is currently not available’, is there a solution for this?

Even if your intention was to detect exploits, the system might interpret it as a threat.
Since you’ve already sent an email to support, that’s the right first step. It’s not uncommon for them to take 5–7 business days to respond, so I’d give it a bit more time. If you don’t hear anything back after a week, you can reply to the same ticket (rather than submitting a new one) to politely follow up and avoid making a duplicate request.
As for the “This experience is currently not available” issue, that typically shows up when a place is either under moderation review or your account still has restrictions, even if the original ban was only one day. Sometimes there’s a delay in lifting those backend flags.
Try checking the place from the Creator Dashboard to see if it has a moderation status attached. Also, create a brand new place from scratch (just a baseplate) and see if the same message shows. If it does, the issue may be tied to your account rather than that one experience. You can also try accessing the place on a different device or browser just to rule out any local issues.
If the problem persists after your ban has expired, and you still can’t create or access new places, I’d recommend filing a second ticket — but this time specifically about the “experience not available” problem, rather than the original false ban.
