Your answer is you can use it if you wish. If anything happens, it’s on you.
It’s just a beta version so I guess it’s legal? You will be held reaponsible for any damages done with this beta version (since it’s clearly stated that it’s in beta, and this is just the mobile client ported into computer, which relies on Luau)
Also funnily enough, DevRelations from Brazil shared this as a noted topic on the portuguese sub-category and on a tweet.
Perfectly legal. Your not gonna get banned from it especially when Portuguese DevRel tweeted about it, theres also star creators (particularly @SharkBL0X) who have told people on how to do this.
