It’s not bad for a start, but it definitely needs some more details, for example:
The floor could use a carpet, the back of the bar could display a few drinks… Definitely add some rims to the corners as it will look better, and I will suggest you to use materials carefully as they may have a huge impact on your game.

its a good idea, maybe you can add that within a game you are making. Like for example, your making a city and one of the main go-to places is that. Unless you make the idea extravagent with amazing details and a perfect all out game on just a restaurant, you might not get the players your hoping for and in my opinion (from what ive seen) not many of these games last a long period of time (please dont take this too seriously its my opinion on it, just trying to help!)

My kind of bar, it haven’t no problems I’m afraid. Such as the lack of decorations, detail, and atmosphere. But I reckon that you aren’t done with your little project yet. Not many people would build something from that age so props to you.
yeah were adding a lot more decorations this is a small project that were adding to a big one
