I’d recommend rounding the corners of the rectangular buttons and making the R$ stand out more.

Ye so I agree with @MajorMichael2014, where rounding will be a good idea.

Then with the R$, try to change it to a dark green, and parhaps resize it to be more bigger.

I don’t want it to be bigger. Also, changing it to a dark green would make it ugly and take away the theme.
I would personally make the background darker. Also the GUI looks too blocky , maybe use the roundify plugin to make the corners round. Also explore different font options. Other than that it looks pretty cool.

I’d say it needs more contrast. Light blue isn’t a good background choice when the text is white, as it doesn’t stand out and is hard to read. Darker colors are better in this case, so it’d probably look better with either a dark background or dark text. Additionally, the text in the buttons isn’t vertically centered (it’s towards the top of the button) so centering it might also make it look better.
Also, blocky UIs aren’t always bad if done correctly. Rounding the corners isn’t the only solution here, and you could do some pretty cool stuff with that style. Keep experimenting, you’ll find something that looks good.

Very nice basic GUI. Perhaps add some icons beside each item just so it looks a little more pleasing?

The shadow spacing is way too far and it looks unevenly spaced in the frame as a result.

Yeah, I know it does. That’s the point of the design.
Try rounding the corners.

I get the fact your making it unique with that distanced drop shadow, but it doesn’t look right. Nothings round, and according to your current UI and the color scheme, I agree with @MajorMichael2014 that you need to make the rectangles rounded.
I see what your saying but, not everything has to be rounded. 
Shadows look really weird tbh, they give me feeling like this UI is made with ncurses.
Make a radial gradient from #000000FF to #00000000 in paint .net and 9-slice it to use it as a shadow. It will look a lot better.

It looks great, but I believe adding UIRounds to it could improve the quality.

That’s the whole point of the design- I also have no clue what ncurses is.
It’s really a bad habit to assume things.
If you actually tried to make it look like a terminal UI, then it doesn’t look right either; all elements of TUI are aligned by a width of monospaced character, and in your case they aren’t.
Bro, not is isn’t. Can you please just stop assuming things? It’s the design I am going for and you are just saying random things that aren’t ideal to the GUI itself.
