Thoughts on my alley remake SO far? What could be better?

So, I decided to remake an old showcase “THE ALLEY”.
But I wanted to get peoples feedback!

I think you should improve the lighting coming from the fire. It is a little bit too dark but it looks great so far.

It was super dark so I could barely see anything.

The beams of light were white and then further down were red and it didn’t make since with the skybox…

But I did like the boarded up doors and the fires
