Honestly I havent seen a build in roblox with looks this realistic.

At first glance, it looks great. You have a nice modern and minimal color scheme, the structure is good and I also like the smaller details such as the plants and railing.
It would be better to see the finished product, but from what I can make out right now, I’d say the glass is a little too transparent. You can see the inside as if there was no glass at all, and I feel like making it more opaque would be more realistic and look better overall. Again though, maybe adding the roof and finishing the walls will make up for it.

If I may make 1 remark (had to look for a while before being able to find something to say), and I swear that’s the only thing that disturbes me, I’d say that the fire in the fire pits are a little too bright. You can easily fix that by changing their transparency to 0.4, for instance.

I love the look so far also! Great build and attention to detail and the color scheme is great for a Grille… just a minor note and im sure you will fix, but the stairs leading up to the place need to be bigger and evenly spaced.
