Thoughts on my first build?

I wanted to start building on Roblox and made this.
Please tell me if I should change anything !

I’m having trouble believing this is your first build. If it is, woah.

Overall, the game looks nice as a showcase, however, it doesn’t show us much apart from 2 very small apartment room. It is a basic showcase, but I do quite like the small added features, eg the fan in the bedroom, and the repositioned seats so it looks like you’re sleeping, when in the bed.

Seems like you’ve done a pretty decent job, well done. :metal:

It looks excellent and just like @SamIsAcidic, I too am having trouble believing this is your first build because of how high quality it is(You even added steam effects to the coffee)You did an amazing job for you first build :+1:.Some Ideas:

  • Make the music record spin.

  • Maybe make the plant in the bathroom more detailed.

  • Maybe expand(Like you can walk into the corridor and go to other appartments)

  • Part of the handle is going into the door.

  • It’s hard to tell you added detail to the door, maybe add a part inside the door slightly darker so it brings out the eroded details(I don’t really know how to describe it so here’s an image that might help explain what I mean):

The ceiling to the wall doesn’t have a good transition. Add some trimming on the top of the wall.

This is a super nice first build! I really REALLY like the lighting you did for the build gives it this warm relaxing feeling. Are you planning on finishing the entire city layout? If so I am super excited about that.

The city was just for show at first but maybe that’s not a bad idea :smile:

Thank you everyone for your suggestions. I have added them to the game. I think I’m going to try and expand the game with a larger apartment building and a city instead of just 3 small rooms. :grin:

Anyway, the design is very good. maybe add buttons to the TV.
