Thumbnail Failed Upload

The image featured in this gyazo image successfully saved after I chose the file, clicked ‘Upload’, then clicked ‘Save’. (Ignore the ‘No File Chosen’ part, this was after saving.)

However there’s another image I’ve tried uploading multiple times and it never appears, but seems to be taking robux anyway. I have changed a few pixels in the image 3 times to account for moderation errors, and have even scaled it down to be exactly 498x280. This image just fails to appear.

I absolutely have no idea what the problem is.

I’m reposting it because nobody seems to have an answer.

It’s called using a bump :slight_smile: but really, the reason people didn’t answer, is they didn’t know the answer, it’s probably a roblox web guy that will have to help you with this

I merged the other topic into this one, creating the unholy confusing union that is now this thread.

Bumps are ok. Web bugs is the right forum for this.
