Thumbnail page completely broken/disabled for specific place ID

The experience thumbnail configuration tab is completely broken/disabled exclusively for one of my places (ID: 11433200331). The upload button throws an error, the delete button does nothing, and changes cannot be saved. Other places on my account work fine.
I need help with this because I really want to update the thumbnails.

Hi! Thank you so much for getting back to me. Here is a video where I demonstrate the following actions:

1. Trying to delete one of my game’s thumbnails: I click the “Delete” button multiple times, but nothing happens.
2. Trying to reorder the thumbnails: I save the changes, but when I refresh the page, it shows that the changes were not applied.
3. Trying to upload a new thumbnail: This image is completely valid (I’ve already uploaded it to other games of mine where it passed moderation and applied without issues). This suggests it’s a technical bug on the page occurring exclusively with this specific game, rather than an issue with the image format or content.

I’ve tried this on mobile and the exact same thing happens

I hope you can help me with this or get it fixed!

No, my game has always been public in my group.

Do you have a game video preview? We had one and that’s what was causing the issue.
Once the video was deleted I could then edit the thumbnails. We will try reupload the video again at a later date.

Unable to adjust, delete or upload thumbnails on Experience Details Page

I am unable to adjust the order, upload or delete any thumbnails on the Experience Details Page of one specific game on my community. I can however adjust the thumbnails on the Home Page section. This issue is specific to one game on the community. I’m able to adjust the thumbnails perfectly fine on others, so I don’t believe it’s a permission problem. Wow, I’m so glad yours got fixed, and thank you so much! In my case, I didn’t have any videos, nor did I migrate my game from a group to a personal account or vice versa. However, thanks to your tip, I figured it might be a corrupted image. I started trying to delete the images one by one until one finally deleted, and now it lets me make changes! Problem solved. Thanks again!
