Thumbnail Personalization has "Other" longer than it should

There is an “other” thumbnail stuck at 1.55% QPTR, which was removed 3 days ago, in the 1 day date range bringing down our QPTR for the overview menu. This does not happen in our other game.

Expected behavior

Removing a thumbnail should remove it from the performance tracking, it says mar 16 - mar 23, but removing it shouldn’t bring down your qptr average. two thumbnails of almost 2% shouldn’t be 1.50%

Phantom thumbnail is now causing a 1.75% to be a 1.60%

Sorry for the late reply.
The chart shows 7D Qualified Play Through Rate by Thumbnail (Cumulative)
So Other shows value does not mean it has actual QPTR for that hour. It is just data within 7 days if your image was removed less than 7 days ago.

It should not be served and impact your QPTR.
Please let us know if you still see something wrong with the data.
