Thumbnail personalization is not recommending to anyone

So thumbnail personalization is a new feature and I just send a few thumbnails there make it active and let it run

However I am not getting a single impression through out the days. (Over half a month and I obviously tried re-active it a couple times it doesn’t work) so I just want to know is that normal?

It is not like my game is dead or something. it has around 3k visits and 50 daily active users, mostly from search and the 2nd most are from “others” which I don’t even know what is considered the category “others” and zero are from home recommendations (as you can see below)

But someone on my game’s server told me that he found my game by thumbnail recommendations, but you can clearly see from the picture above that there is zero of them

So I also want to know is thumbnail recommendations a part of the “others” group but that analytic shows that it should be in a distinct category so maybe I’m just not understanding how it works

In conclusion, there’s no impressions from thumbnail at all so just wanted to ask:

if that’s normal and is the thumbnail recommendations considered the source category “others”,

Thumbnail Recommendations will be put in the “Home Recommendations” source. You may not be seeing any impressions since you aren’t getting any Home Recommendations Impressions (view in Acquisition tab).

How am I supposed to get home impressions then? Do you know what the category “Others” mean?

“Other” sources are sources that Roblox can’t verify or they are from links.

If your game has good stats, then it will be likely that it will be recommended through home recommendations.

Got it! It makes sense that some people join my game due to links, and for the stats yeah some of them are terrible (The average session time is not bad but the like ratio is pretty bad)
