Hi there, Myself and my team are having some issues regarding uploading thumbnails to lots of different experiences. I have attached the error on the page.
This is strange as our thumbnails are below 3MBS, and are all PNG. We have tested this with different accounts, but the same problem. Do you know what could be causing this?
In order for us to further troubleshoot , can you help provide asset ids or operation ids for these attempts? Can you also help share the pngs of the files with which the error is reproducible? Thanks
