Thumbnails API returns state: "Pending" for many users (Avatar endpoint broken)

Issue:
For many valid userIds, the endpoint consistently returns:

• state stays stuck on “Pending”
• imageUrl is empty

The endpoint should return a valid avatar thumbnail URL with "state": "Completed".

Hiya - this should be fixed. We had some latency spikes with saving new thumbnails (e.g. when you try on accessories) but those are back down to normal

Hey, the issue still persists when loading saved characters in my case, if you check my profile, or for this user’s profile which has been in pending state for over 2 weeks and still is:

Avatar is stuck on pending state for avatar thumbnail

Unfortunately, the issue has still not been fixed, pending thumbnails has been occurring for me and seemingly others since evil ducky was put on sale.

Thanks, this seems to have b fixed it on mobile for me, not sure about others, I’ll edit this once I get on pc to see if the issue is still occurring for me. @v1Dice Has it been fixed for you?
