Ticket incorrectly routed to Appeals - Reduced Exposure flag persistent after cleaning metadata (Universe ID: 10392276308)

Hello,

I am writing to report a critical issue with the Discovery system and the support routing process. My experience is currently stuck in a “Reduced Exposure across Home, Search, and Charts” state, and the automated restriction has not cleared despite full compliance with Roblox guidelines.

Following the official Discovery documentation instructions, I submitted a support ticket via ://roblox.com using the “Bug Report > Discovery Content Quality” category. However, the system incorrectly routed my ticket to the Appeals Team, who immediately closed it with a generic template response stating they only handle moderation actions.

Game Details:

  • Place ID: 125367096240276
  • Universe ID: 10392276308
  • Incorrectly Routed Ticket ID: 178745519

What happened:
To improve the game’s content quality and fully align with platform standards, I updated the experience assets. I completely removed the previous clickbait images and replaced the icon and thumbnails with high-quality, professional previews that honestly reflect the gameplay.

The Problem:
The automated discovery filter did not refresh or re-evaluate the experience after these asset corrections were saved. Because the Roblox Support ticket queue is currently bugged and automatic routing keeps throwing discovery issues into the Appeals department, I am forced to report this here.

Request:
Please forward this case to the engineering or discovery team so they can manually clear the cached “Reduced Exposure” status for Universe ID 10392276308, as the automated system is clearly stuck.

Thank you for your time and assistance.

Expected behavior

I expect the discovery algorithm to re-scan the experience after metadata updates and lift the Reduced Exposure flag, allowing the game to rank normally in search results and home recommendations.
