Peabrain is missing from the catalog, so this is what players must stick with!
Because the dynamic heads update resulted in the Peabrain’s deletion, this hat no longer works as intended. The Tiny Top Hat was specifically designed for the Peabrain.
Today, this hat is practically scamming the original owners of this accessory. An accessory made for a head that has been removed ruins the entire purpose of the accessory.
In case you don’t mind, I believe this can be solved by refunding the people who bought the
Tiny Top Hat and putting it offsale.
Expected behavior
I expect this accessory to work with the Peabrain, but the Peabrain has been removed from the Roblox catalog so it’s impossible to use this accessory as intended.
I’m not sure what you mean but “Peabrain” is definitely a valid head shape and works with supported Dynamic Heads. “Tiny Top Hat” is the same size on all characters here.
Head shapes. On the website, if you have the Heads tab selected in the avatar editor and you have a compatible head equipped, you can select a head shape to use. They should probably improve this UX because I see how it can be confusing.
This post is spam, I would suggest you close it. The ‘Tiny Top Hat’ item works as intended. People with Peabrain can still wear this item as they were able to until now.
Heads are not deleted, they were converted to “Dynamic Heads”, and can be used as a head shape
To clarify, the expected end result was for the hat to work on the Peabrain. The Peabrain is like a missing lego piece due to its deletion. Wearing a hat that clips through the default head doesn’t make sense.
Could you explain how does it work as intended? It was explicitly stated to be used for the “Peabrain” head in the description. I don’t understand.
I don’t get why would this post be considered spam. I will admit that this post is addressing more of a smaller issue, but it is still a bug regardless. It’s still a scam because the Peabrain is gone.
Like you said, people with Peabrain can still wear the item as they were able to until now.
I don’t think Peabrain was converted to a Dynamic Head as a head shape however. @jbjgang2 has replied in this post and he claims that the Peabrain doesn’t exist as a head shape, unless he also doesn’t know. He’s an original owner of the head too.
Perhaps a screenshot of the Peabrain being as an actual head shape could say otherwise. I am not fully convinced.
Who told you that “Peabrain” was deleted? Indeed, the “Peabrain” head can still be equipped through the head shape adjustment menu, as intended. “Peabrain” is now part of the other “Dynamic Heads” available on the platform.
The main issue regarding the head shape system is the default face, which is seemingly bugged in its current state, making it impossible to switch between said heads. This has been mentioned in other catalog asset bug reports posted.
Thank you for clarifying! Also, it was more of an assumption. Roblox should do better communication to its users because if many people like me didn’t know this then I wouldn’t have made this report. Could be my fault if they mentioned how to use the head shapes again or something else.
I knew that the free head Block Head was a head shape since y’know it was free, but I’m unsure about the paid ones and yeah the link lead to the normal catalog page.
I’ll probably edit this post since I don’t think people can buy the Peabrain head again, meaning only original owners get to use the item as intended. The item is still technically a scam, but only towards people who didn’t originally own the Peabrain. People who didn’t originally buy the Peabrain could just choose not to buy the Tiny Top Hat in the first place but having it still on sale is pointless then.

Peabrain has been unobtainable since 2017 when Roblox took most Classic Heads offsale in favor of a newer selection of heads that work better with existing accessories.
Also, who’s to say you’re required to use this hat with Peabrain? You could get creative with accessory adjustment.
I knew about the accessory adjustment feature but I didn’t point that out simply because at the time of the Tiny Top Hat’s release, it didn’t exist and I didn’t want to bring any bad ideas to the staff members.
To clarify, this was one of my first bug reports and if I point out a certain something, they may get terrible ideas (again). I’m not gonna say it just in case but let’s just say that the Tiny Top Hat can “replace” an already existing item that costs more, making it a cheaper alternative thanks to the adjustment feature.
But from what I learned from my small experience with my first and 2nd (this one) bug report, Roblox staff members don’t care or don’t have the time to reply to them since there’s probably thousands of them a day I’m guessing.
Yes, accessories can be utilized by anything, like how different and strange material textures are being utilized for another one despite it being intended for something else.
I’ll admit that the true purpose of this post is to show how absurd the dynamic face update is (hopefully it was very obvious. this post was made mostly just for fun)
