Team A | Cashier Training
Below you can find protocols for training trainees. If you do not have any helpers, fill in and announce their parts as well. Do not use :h, :m, or :n to do so. Simply use the chat.
Introduction:
Using the chat, please relay this to your team:
Trainer: “Hey there! I’m [username], your trainer today.”
Helper: “Hey there! I’m [username], your assistant trainer today.”
Trainer: “Our assistant trainer will now restate some training rules we hope you’ll follow!”
Helper: “1. If you need to go AFK (Away From Keyboard), please let us know! If not, we’ll have to kick you.”
Helper: “2. Please pay attention! There will be a short quiz after training.”
Helper: “3. Be kind and if you have a question, please do not shout it out. We’ll come around asking for any questions in between trainings.”
Helper: “Those are our rules for training today. Please give us a moment and our trainer will begin training. Best of luck!”
General Training:
Using the chat, relay the following to your team:
Trainer: We will start off today’s training by introducing you to the check-in-system along with how you should greet a customer!
Trainer: When a customer approaches the counter, you will politely greet them.
Trainer: For example: “Welcome to Tiny Trampoline Park! I’m [username], how long will you be jumping for today?”
Trainer: Once they’ve stated how long they will be jumping for, you will check them into the system!
Trainer: When using the check-in-system, you will need to know the customer’s username and the amount of time that they’d like to be jumping for!
Trainer: Once the customer has provided the appropriate information to you, you can then give them a ticket!
Trainer: You will do so by firstly clicking “Click to Check Players In!” to open the check-in-system!
Trainer: You will then enter the customer’s username and requested jump time and click “Submit”!
Trainer: If the “Jumper:” field says “Invalid Player…”, it is simply because you’ve entered the customer’s username incorrectly.
Trainer: For example: If the customer’s username is “deviIscore” and you type “DeviIscore”, it will not work because you’ve entered the customer’s name’s capitalization incorrectly.
Trainer: Finally, an “outro” is required. For those of you who don’t know what an “outro” is, it is simply the opposite of a greeting!
Trainer: For example: “Enjoy! Have a good day!”
Trainer: Please note that you have the freedom to customize this greeting, as long as it stays professional and uses proper grammar! Failure to use grammar at all times will sadly result in a demotion!
After this, test each trainee and allow them to try greeting and checking you. Make sure to give critiques on how they can improve moving onwards.
Troller Test:
Using the chat, relay the following to your team:
Trainer: We will now be moving onto the second phase of our training session. Introducing the Troller Test!

Trainer: When you encounter a troller, you will give the troller a warning.
Trainer: If the troller continues to troll, you will give them another warning.
Trainer: Once the troller manages to obtain three verbal warnings, you will contact an MR+ to kick them.
Trainer: When giving a troller a warning for trolling, it should follow the format of {WI} - {Reason}. For example; “WI - Trolling” or “WIII - Caps Abuse” (“W” - Warning)
Trainer: At this time, you will all be tested. In this test, a troller will approach the counter and you will use the skills and strategies that we’ve reviewed to handle the troller.
Trainer: Before we begin this activity, are there any questions?
Be sure to test them. Every grammar mistake made during the test will result in a warning. Three warnings will result in a fail and removal from the session.
