I do contract to Roblox support for 5 months already and nothing seem better
So first I do ask that I forgot my password and they help anything and of course yes the reply but didn’t help me much until I able to remember password by my self
Then I try to devex out problem with I found is my statement cannot devex out because Information not match with Bank then I put new information in try to verify but failed
so I contract to verify again but this time only my parent failed
but with this message they response that “For your future devex request” that mean it should be Done the verify process do u know what happened?
just like the image I post on top my Roblox tipalti got blocked
don’t say that I didn’t try to contract to the support
So I want to know how I can unblocked because I really sure I didn’t broke any TOS of devex
