Hi everyone, I recently received an email notification saying that I need to re-register on the Creator Payments Portal, even though I’ve already done so before. Maybe they’ve made some changes to the system. When I enter my phone number (+7) and click “Send code”, I get an “Unexpected error occurred” message instead of receiving an sms.
I’ve tried different browsers, but my real phone number doesn’t work for registration, so it looks like I’ll have to get a temporary phone number just for this. But when I registered about a year ago, I didn’t have this problem with my phone number.
I think this is a technical glitch, but I can’t say for sure. I hope I’ll be able to use my main phone number. I’d appreciate any help!
