Today I was running into this error with no idea what was causing it or how to fix it:
What I came to learn is that Roblox won’t let you toggle settings unrelated to the Title and Description IF the Title or Description are suddenly moderation problems for Roblox. Even though Title and Description are different pages. I had to edit my Title, remove the year the game was created in the title (in this case, 2017) and then I could make changes to my game related to APIs or allowing downloadable copies.
This is high friction. The title was approved months ago. On top of that, I’m not even in the page for editing the Title. I’m somewhere else in the Create Hub altogether being punished for something in a different landing page. And the warning doesn’t tell me what’s wrong, nor how or where to fix it. I’m not saying you need to tell me what the offending word is (that would be nice!) but just tell me the Title or Description are the problem. Or ideally, don’t let the Title or Description affect settings unrelated to it.
