Toggle Old Animation Button

Ok, So, em, I have time to write this message and it’s straight up like this:

Hello, I’m trying to create a setting gui, And I’m half way completing it. I add a feature called old animation. The problem is that I don’t know how to make it toggle.

I have the script for the old animation, and I have the script of the normal animation. I just need to make a toggle function, to activate them. I tried @Sub2_AlteredMindYT to do this by my own, but it doesn’t work; Like, both of them have to be named “Animate”, but the game can’t pick what script to choose, so it bugs out. Or, when the player toggles the button, the normal animation will be disabled, while the old animation enabled… Doesn’t work.

So, I’m just trying to find suggestions for the situation, like, how to write the correct function for that, that’s all.

this isn’t even a question ur just straight up asking other people to do things for you. How about you try to figure it out yourself and if you find an issue search online, and if you can’t figure it out, then make a post

Wait a minute, I think I wrote it wrong!!! I’m sorry!! :frowning:

I was trying to rush it so badly that I wrote it like a skelly wag :frowning:

You shouldn’t really have two animate scripts, but if you don’t want to do that

you could have both of them in ReplicatedStorage, when it’s toggled sent a remote event to delete the animate and add the other animate script

Once again, this isn’t the way you should do it but I’m not here to stop you
