Suddenly many testers in my game reported audio failing to load for them while it loads fine for the developers.
All of these audios were uploaded well over a week ago and all of them are configured to work with the proper universe/experience. Here is one such audio:
All of these audios have also worked previously for the testers and now suddenly just stopped working. They still work for all the developers fine and we can play them in the web browser just fine as well. What is the cause of this? Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
