Tool equip animation stops halfway

When i equip any tool, even a brand new one with just a handle in it, the character only holds its up halfway instead of all the way:

Even in live games, unless the dev uses a custom animation, it also does this. Is there a reason why? i tried turning off the joint upgrade, but it persists.

thats weird for me it does it fully up, but i use r6..
is the part unanchored and can collide false?

Double check the Priority and Weight of the animation track

Maybe set the priority to something like Action or Action2, highest being Action4, or increase the weight

did u use any toolbox free scripts? they could be causing it

Its the default tool idle animation, i didn’t modify anything

There are no scripts, its just the tool.

Ok, so in live games it works completely fine, but in any studio session the issue persists, i have no idea why, and im thinking of making a bug report on it since it has nothing to do with my scripts and happens on a new place

Well it has to be an issue on your side, I just tried it out right now in studio. And the tool is working completely fine.

Fyi I set it up like this: Starterpack > Tool > Handle (No scripts)
