I’ve recently been trying to make a shop in ROBLOX, tutorials aren’t working. When i use them it lets me buy the tool, but the tool itself doesn’t work. for example I can buy a sword and it will appear in my inventory, but it won’t let me use its features. If you have a tutorial or you know how to make it still be able to use it’s features please tell me.

Is the tool itself broken or outdated? Since you might want to use custom tools in that case. But if you’re cloning and parenting the tool from the client, then you’re doing the whole buying system completely wrong.

You often have to modify tool scripts if you’re cloning them to the backpack, as some aspects don’t work.
