Toolbox Audio Preview not available in Studio

“Audio preview is not available on your browser.”

Unable to preview audio in Toolbox because of the shown dialogue, this is for all audio assets, not just the one shown.

Using default studio settings (reset before taking the screenshot).
Platform: Mac OS

This must be recent, as I also use a mac for Roblox programming and I am having this same issue!

Also replicates on other MacOS versions. Running M4 Macbook air with macOS 15.6.1 and getting similar issue.

Same issue here. It’s not just happening for me in the toolbox, I can’t access any audio on the web version of the toolbox. I use Safari. The Roblox toolbox is a WebView so that’s probably causing the issue.

Hi all, this should be fixed now. You may need to do a hard refresh if you’re using Safari (CMD + OPT + R).
