Toolbox won't load

This is a repost of my demonetized post so I changed the topic.

Toolbox won’t load when I wanted to get some references on a model I wanted to make (the model was a PC) I assume this is the side effect after the newest update. It only shows those kinda messages where there are errors. My wifi seems to work fine but idk why it wont work and I need people advices on how to solve it.

It’s a bug that’s been around for a while, restart your computer, and it will most likely never ever happend again.

I think roblox is partially down right now so this might be the cause. I cant access the library either.
