Top of Communities Page is Missing

The top of the communities page is missing, including the name, icon, description, configure menu, etc.

I am also experiencing this issue, The main section of the page is not loading.

I also noticed the new communities page is also uncentered

For me, community page is just not there, i tried posting a bug report but it won’t let me.
