Top ribbon dissapeared

I had logged in with another account in roblox studio and now the whole top ribbon is missing. Resetting layout does nothing.
How do i fix it (┬┬﹏┬┬):sob::sob::sob::sob::folded_hands::folded_hands:

Just restart. Honestly it should auto-restart itself if this happens.

We’ve rolled out a patch for this, you will need to restart (possibly more than once) to have the patch take effect. If you’re getting this consistently, let us know any details on how you’re reproducing it.

I’ve restarted 3 times my pc, and closed and reopened studio 8 times. And I’m not counting the countless times I’ve done the proccess yestereday. In vain, I got this consistently.

For details, I’d say there’s nothing much. I just switched account online, pressed “create” to have the effects take in roblox studio, and this happened.

Just delete all file and reinstall it

I had once this error and fixed It now in thinking what did i do because i dont remember

Go into beta features and disable it.

Hi, can you uninstall and reinstall.

If the problem persists, uninstall again, and then look at deleting the entire RobloxStudio system.

Working theory based on the log is that the last update you got was corrupted.

Let me know if the problem persists, and if so, which step fixed it.

Hi, sorry to hear you’re seeing this issue. Could you try the following:

  1. delete the “OTA plugins folder”. (On mac this is located at ~/Library/Roblox/OTAPlugins, I think the Windows Roblox OTA folder is located at %localappdata%\Roblox\OTAPlugins. You can access it quickly by pressing the Windows key + Rto open the "Run" dialog, typing%localappdata%, and then navigating to Roblox\OTAPlugins`,)

  2. if that doesn’t work, try deleting RobloxStudio and reinstalling it.

The Ribbon is implemented as a plugin, and we’re suspecting it’s corrupted on your machine for some reason. The above 2 steps will clear the 2 copies of the Ribbon plugin and force it to get reinstalled.

We also have a request that you save a copy of the ribbon.rbxm file and DM it over if you get a chance - we’d like to examine it to reproduce the issue on our end.
