Topics cannot be edited and displays a 405 error

When editing the topic, whether it be the title or description, it will fail and display a 405 error:

Expected behavior

No error, and the topics should update.

It seems like this is still an issue. I still cannot update my larger topics.

I need to update one a topic for one of my plugins due to frequent updates since this issue started occurring.
