Transaction page is unreliable

Hello! I’ve been experiencing consistent (but also intermittent) issues on the transaction page over the past few days. I’ve tried accessing it from my MacBook using Chrome and Safari, and from my PC using Chrome and Opera. The problem occurs on both devices and all browsers for me.

When I try to open the transaction page, it sometimes doesn’t load at all. I have to refresh the site multiple times or try clicking to a different page and then back to the transaction page. This issue typically happens on the summary page. Additionally, when I visit a page like “Community Payouts,” it often loads successfully but then breaks if I try to change the amount per page. This also happens if I leave it on the default “10 per page” setting but then try to go back to my history.

I have a couple of videos that illustrate the issues. Unfortunately, they’re too large to be hosted here, so I’ve uploaded them to Google Drive: Roblox Transaction Page Issues - Google Drive

(I noticed a similar bug report from June but it was marked as fixed)

Expected behavior

I hope this issue is resolved and leads to a more consistent use of the transaction page. These are primarily quality-of-life improvements, but it’s beneficial to be able to revisit and view my entire payout history. Additionally, it would be helpful to consistently monitor the amount of pending transactions and their clearance dates.

This looks like you’re being rate limited after using the transactions page too excessively, which is intentional to an extent. The bug report here is probably that the rate limits are too excessive

Happens to me too. I think the issue with community payouts is that you might not have enough transactions in total, and when you try to filter the pages, it breaks. For example, if you have 30 transactions and filter to show 25, it works fine, but if you filter to 50, it breaks because in TOTAL you don’t have >50. I’m not sure if this is the actual problem, but I have ~60 payouts in total and when I try to filter to 100 it breaks. Only fix I could find is to just refresh the page in hopes something will change. Hopefully roblox can fix this instead of pushing pointless updates like “connections.”

I literally just went to my transaction page for the first time in a few hours, just for it not to load.

Hello, as said above, the errors you’re experiencing is because of rate limits. Try again in a few minutes and you should be able to navigate the page correctly.

We can improve clarity on what’s happening but we aren’t planning significant changes to this page as we continue to work on larger improvements.

I really hope this can be reconsidered. This really does not seem like a fair rate limit https://drive.google.com/file/d/1shRRn4MGvi4djCVx6ArAGXw0OQS6rbq3/view?usp=sharing
