Transfering over an Experience to a new group while having a percentage does not give you the new revenue

Step by step reproduction

  1. Initiate a transfer of an Experience to a new group while having a percentage on the Experience
  2. You will get an automated message saying you we’re removed from the Experience payout (Image 1)
  3. Re-add the percentage (in my case it was 10% both times)
  4. You will get an automated message saying you got added by an Experience payout under the old group name, instead of the new 1 (Image 2)
  5. Your pending robux will keep decreasing and you won’t receive any new revenue from the new group, or old group

Financials

The percentage on the game also does not show under the new group under the “Finances” tab and still shows the original group

The entire transaction history also still shows only the old group

Expected behavior

  1. When initiating a transfer the payouts on the Experience should be removed (Yes)
  2. When re-adding Users to the payout it should be under the new group’s revenue (No)
  3. An automated message saying the User is added to a payout (Yes, but shows the old group/ownership)

Hi, does it allow you to add a percentage to the experience in the new group? The addition of the split to the experience in the old group may have been a bug, which will be a no-op for revenue since that experience is no longer in that group.

At the moment we’ve lost access to the group so I can’t know for sure

The percentage was added after the experience was already in the new group, through the new group’s creator panel

I think we are unable to replicate this behavior, because what we think happened is that a split may have somehow been added via the old group’s records. If you are able to try adding the via new group’s panel, and it doesn’t work, please let us know.
