Tried getting the new robux item (Buxeration) and the gift card system bugged out and didnt give me the item

I tried to get the Buxeration item (The new robux item)

and redeemed the code in the checkout section, and the submit order button never went enabled, so it just redeemed the code and gave me a default gift card code item instead of the buxeration hat, and now the gift card code is just redeemed and now i can’t do anything and i don’t wanna spend another 100$.

I know this is technically my fault in some way, but its still also roblox’s fault, and this is making me really mad.

You have to purchase the Robux to get the item, not just redeem a gift card into credit. Due to taxes, the gift card alone is not enough to complete the purchase.
