I tried logging in to an older account of mine which I’ve done many times before, but this time I was given a 2-Step Verification prompt that blocked me from logging in.
I never turned this feature on.
Issue: I don’t remember the last part of the email I used for that account.
When contacting support, they ask me to contact them on that exact email to verify ownership.
I don’t know what bot is sending those mails, but obviously I cannot mail them on that email, as that’s that’s the exactly reason I’m opening the ticket for. Is there any proper way to handle this, or has anyone experienced similar issues and did manage to solve it?
When offering the first part (eight letters) and @ handle of the mail, as well as other accounts linked to that email, the relation between my main account and those accounts (they played my own games lol) on the same IP-address and even screenshots of me using the account they completely ignored that too.
