Welcome to Tropicò’s Handbook! In this you will find answers to frequently asked questions, tips & guides on how to receive a promotion and other miscellaneous things that will have some use for some people, and not so much for others.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
How do I work at Tropicò?
It’s easy! All you have to go is join the Roblox group, then fill out the application using our Application Centre.
Can I become an MR/HR?
You cannot instantly become an MR or HR. You can, however, work your way to there! We only wish to hire hard workers, and you can find more information on what we expect in our ranking guide.
I’ve been banned and wish to appeal. Am I able to do this? If so, how?
Yes, you may appeal through our Appeals Form. Do note that this is not read frequently, and so you must expect a possible long waiting time before being unbanned.
Someone is breaking the rules and no staff is around to punish them! What do I do?
If someone is breaking the rules, you must report them through our Discord server, which you can find linked in the group description. The server has a ‘Ticket’ channel where you can submit player reports and more.

Low Ranks (LRs)
Customer
The rank assigned to you upon joining the Tropicò group!
Allied Representatives
This rank is assigned to people who represent the groups of our allies!
Trainee Barista
To receive this rank, you must have had your application submitted to us from the Application Centre and had it accepted.
Junior Barista
To receive this rank, you must complete a training with a score of at least 3/10 as a Trainee Barista. Junior Barista have access to behind the counter.
Barista
To receive this rank, you must complete a training with a score of at least 5/10 as a Junior Barista. Baristas have access to the ‘respawn’ command.
Senior Barista
To receive this rank, you must complete a training with a score of at least 9/10 as a Barista. Senior Baristas have granted access to the ‘kick’ command.
Middle Ranks (MRs)
Lead Barista
This rank is given to those who are noticed for their dedication, loyalty and hard work. Read our ‘MR Promotion Guide’ to know more. Once eligible to become a Lead Barista, you will have to do a training and get a score of 10/10. (Maximum 25)
Staff Assistant
This rank is given to Lead Baristas who continue to work hard and who wish to continue their career even further at Tropicò! Staff Assistants will shadow at trainings, and monitor the café. They have access to the ‘ban’ command. (Maximum 10)
Supervisor
Supervisors are given to Staff Assistants who are promoted for their hard work. Supervisors, like Staff Assistants, can monitor the café, however they are now able to be trainers at trainings.
Management Team
Members of the Management Team are able to host trainings, game nights and other kinds of café events. They have access to main admin commands.
Administration Team
Members of the Administration Team are moderators on the Tropicò Discord and deal with appeals sent through the Appeals Form.
High Ranks (HRs)
Chief Staff Officer (CSO)
The Chief Staff Officer, known more commonly as CSO, overlooks all staff at Tropicò. They have access to reviewing applications and demoting misconducting MRs.
Chief Relations Officer (CRO)
The Chief Relations Officer, known more commonly as CRO, works with our group allies, creating allied events and much more! They also work closely with Tropicò’s community, listening to feedback and making suggestions to improve Tropicò.
Development Team
Our Development Team are highly talented people who work on the Tropicò experiences you see in Roblox! Without them, nothing would look as good or work as well as it does right now!
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
The Chief Executive Officer, xbennies, is the Owner and Founder of Tropicò. He oversees the group and makes sure everything is in order. Without him, there would be little management.
MR Promotion Guide
To receive a promotion as a Tropicò MR, you’ll need to do/be the following things:
· Active
· Hardworking
· Friendly
· Knowledgeable on Tropicò
· Wear the 1.0 package.
· Have no past moderation history. (If it is appealed, it doesn’t count)
· Attend many shift sessions.
If you think you pass all of these, then continue to do so! At some point, you will be noticed. 
Café Guidelines
We keep our rules short and simple so it is easy to understand for everyone. While this is the case, please do not attempt to find loopholes. If it feels wrong, please do not do it.

Do not ‘troll’. (ordering items that obviously wouldn’t be on the menu, insulting staff, disrupting lines or anything else that can be clearly identified as trolling.)

You may only order a maximum of 3 items at a time.

Exploiting, like many games on Roblox, is not allowed and severe consequences will be given to those who are found to be doing so.

Treat all players in the experience with respect.

Obey orders given to you by any member of staff, especially an MR+.

Wear an appropriate avatar. If a member of staff asks you to change your avatar, you are obliged to do so.

Follow all Roblox rules, obviously!
