Down below you can find documents, regulations, and information. As a reminder, all regulations that have been presented must be abided.
Regulations
1: Respect: Respect for each and every person is required, no matter what.
2: Impersonating: Impersonating staff is one of the highest infractions that you can do. If caught impersonating, you will be instantly banned, no questions asked.
3: Raiding: We do not tolerate raiding, whether it be in-game, or our Discord server. If we see a raid happening, each person who joined within the last 5 minutes will be banned , and you may appeal it in the Moderation Server.
4: Potential harmful topics: We ask that you do not talk about these here. If you would like to get some support from someone here in our community, you are to do this through DMs, to avoid people getting triggered by things you say.
5: Advertising: Advertising through DMs, or our general channel is a no-no. If caught, an instant ban will be issued.
6: Links: We do not want to see any links through any channels. If we see these, we may warn, or ban, depending on if we believe you are trying to grab someone’s IP, and leak their location.
7: Underage: If you are below the age of 13, you will be banned, since this is against the Discord Terms of Service. If we request you show us proof that you are not underage, please do not void this.
8: Discord, and Roblox Terms of Service: Please follow these at all times, however, you don’t have to follow Roblox ToS when in Discord, just follow them in-game.
9: Online Dating: We ask that you do not do any online dating of any sort, whether it be with a staff member. You will be removed from the server if this is to happen.
10: Harassment: Here at Tropic Smiles, we do not tolerate harassment of any sort, whether it be judging someone on their sexuality and others. You will be instantly banned for this, jumping straight to strike 5.
11: Slurs: We understand you may have the rights to some certain slurs, but we would prefer you didn’t use them, whether they be directed at someone, or not. This rule goes for anyone, whether they be an Executive, Mod, or even a Developer. If you are using slurs, you will be muted for a day.
12: Spamming: Spamming is not permitted here in Tropic Smiles’ discord server. If caught spamming, you will be automatically kicked. All Moderators+ hold the final say in each situation. If you are willing to appeal bans, you are welcome to do it here:

Banned from our discord server? Don’t worry, you can appeal here!
Q: Am I allowed to appeal for a friend?
A: No, we don’t allow people to appeal for others; this is for the fact you don’t know why they’ve been banned.
Q: How long do they take to be read?
A: We read each and every appeal on a Sunday of the week, and you will be DMed if you have been accepted for an appeal.
Q: Am I allowed to DM a Senior Mod+ to read my appeal?
A: No, as simple as that. We have to make a debate with our council of representatives from the [E] Executive Team and our Community Moderation department.

What is Staff Intern?
The Staff Intern or Intern Rank is considered a Middle Rank at Tropic Smiles. The Intern role is the first MR Rank. It is basically an Internship to the MR Team. Passing this Internship will result in an invitation to the Middle-Rank Team at Tropic Smiles.
How do I obtain this role?
In order to obtain this rank, you are required to apply on our Discord Server. Applications are out randomly in #employment-board!

Here are some tips from the Employment Department in order to obtain to have a chance to obtain this role:

- Have Decent Activity
- No Bad Reputation
Requirements
Here are some requirements for this role. If you fail to meet these requirements, then you are unable to obtain this role;
- You cannot have Safe Chat.
- You must be in the Discord Server.
- You must be over 13 (thirteen) years old.
- You cannot have any type of bad moderation history. Everything you do that involves our Moderation Team has been fully logged in our database.
