Promotions
There is only one way of getting promoted, and that is by hard work. Begging, hinting, and/or contacting an HR to promote you will not get you a promotion. What it WILL do is get you a demotion. These are not acceptable behaviors. If you are caught doing these types of things, there is a very high chance of a demotion. As it is not professional nor is it acceptable.
