🕗 Training Times
All trainings are hosted at the following times. We suggest joining 5-10 minutes early to guarantee a spot. You cannot join after these times have past.

🌟 Promotion Guide
Tropical Smoothie’s system for LR promotions is designed to be fast, fun, and easy, while also still making sure the hardest working staff are being promoted onto our Management team. This section of our handbook will guide you through some helpful information that is crucial to understand and know about our promotion system.
- Trainee
As a Trainee, you must attend a training session and become a Junior Barista. While you still can work behind the counter, you’ll not be able to rank up through points. - Junior Barista
Junior Baristas are able to work behind the counter and serve guests. To rank up past this role, you must have 350 points. Once you reach the correct number of points, you’ll be automatically ranked and all you need to do is rejoin. - Senior Barista
Senior Baristas are also able to work behind the counter and serve guests. To rank up past this role, you must have 700 points. Once you reach the correct number of points, you’ll be automatically ranked and all you need to do is rejoin. - Head Barista
Head Baristas are still able to work behind the counter and serve guests. To rank up past this role, you must have 1200 points. Once you reach the correct number of points, you’ll be automatically ranked and all you need to do is rejoin. - Team Leader
After gaining 1,200 points, you are then required to meet specific criteria to rank up past Team Leader. The criteria is as followed:
- in the discord server
- Show consistent activity for at least two weeks
- Be professional and use grammar
- Show respect and responsibility while working
After meeting the criteria, they are eligible to be recommended for promotion by a General Manager+. Only Human Resources can give out these promotions to MR.
🤝 Partnership Information
At Tropical Smoothie, we affiliate with groups who our team feels could be beneficial to the growth and success of the group. To lower our affiliate requests, we ask that you follow the following requirements.
- Members: Your group must contain at least 50 un-botted members.
- Communications Server: Your communications server must be SFW and contain no messages that may leave users feeling uncomfortable.
- Rank Selling: Your group cannot sell ranks that grant administrative or moderator privilege. This includes groups where it is obtainable through points.
- Background: Your group must have an outstanding background and reputation within the Roblox industry, as well as all members on the Leadership team.
- Assets: Your game and all assets cannot be stolen. You cannot have any assets in any of your experiences if you don’t have the proper permissions.
- Staff: Your group must have a respectful and professional staff team.
- Representatives: Your group must be able to provide 2-3 representatives from your side.
Military and School groups are not allowed to ally.
