GUIDE INFORMATION
This guide will give you all the information you need to host and train upcoming Low Ranks who want to begin their journey at Tropic’z. We do allow you to make your own versions and add any unique elements to your guide with the expectation of sentence combining, but we do ask that you carefully read through all the material in the accompanying guide. Although we permit this, we nonetheless demand that everyone go through all pertinent details and knowledge a Low Rank will need to be aware of. Do not use the purpose of this paper; if you do and are discovered, you will face penalties.
This guide is only to be used by Assistant Managers+ who are hosting trainings, if you are a Staff Assistant+ you must go to the Training Guide listed in #information in the discord server.

Hosting Information
All sessions for the upcoming week will be claimed on Saturdays around 1 PM EST in the #hosting channel on the Staff Server by a member of the Staffing Department, meaning that all claimed sessions will be known a week ahead of their scheduled dates. To host a training session at Tropic’z, you must be an Assistant Manager+. The only difference in your requirements as an Assistant Manager+ is that you must host at least two sessions per week; naturally, you can host more than that. You are still encouraged to participate in training sessions as much as you can. A Host is required during a training session.
Hosting Steps
Step 1 - The training session will be announced by the host in the #session channel of the management channels at xx:40. In the same channel at that moment, MRs will begin to express their roles (be sure to follow the format in the pinned messages). They will indicate whether or not they want to be a trainer or an assistant, which group they want to be in, and whether or not they are claiming a role to satisfy their needs. The host will then assign the trainers and assistants based on who needs to meet and who doesn’t need to meet their standards. Priority must be given to those who need to fulfill their requirements, thus MRs who do so will take up their positions 5 minutes earlier than those who have already done so.
Step 2 - To obtain their role and access the host panel, the host will utilize the host command. You will assign them to the role they claimed over discord at xx:40, when trainers and helpers will be arriving and leaving in front of the staff room. Role [username] [trainer/assistant] [a/b/c/d] is the command to rank someone as a Trainer/Assistant.
Step 3 - At xx:50, the Host will announce the training session in the #session channel in the Main Server and on the group shout in Roblox. When trainees start to join, make sure to say the following with the :m command.
:m Hello! Welcome to my training session, if you have any questions use the !PTS command so we can assist you before this training begins.
Step 4 - Once the session should be starting, (xx:00) you must slock the server (slock) and then use the following formats to commence the session.
m Hello everyone! Welcome to the xx:00 AM/PM EST training session! My name is (username) and I will be the host of today’s session.
m Before we begin this session, I will be going over the rules that will make your lives easier in today’s training session.

pm admins go to your stations!! *note: you can use a silly message like RUN RUN!!! RUN TO YOUR STATIONS! or anything like that! but make sure its professional as well.

Step 5 - The host will then go around the stations to see if everyone is ready to start. Once everyone is ready, the host will say the following with the :m command**

Step 6 - You must keep an eye on each station for at least three minutes after the session has begun. When they need the trainees to rank up, the trainers will send you a PM. Make sure everyone in the station passed before leaving the station after a trainer asked you to rank the trainees there (trainers and assistants are required to dismiss trainees who failed before asking you to rank). After ranking the passers manually (which entails ranking them directly on the group), you will say, “Refresh Group,” which will cause the entire group to be regenerated. For each station, you will proceed in the same manner.
Logging
Please make sure you are notifying the staff members of the training session you will be AFK to log the session! This will be done on Hyra, a tutorial should have been demonstrated in a video in the information section of the MR+ channels

After the training session, you can take a photo and post it in #photos in the Discord Server! After that you have successfully hosted a training! Good job!
