Trouble understanding Free Form User Creation rating

Hello devs!

I am building a game where the player can place a bunch of different objects and edit them around the map.

I am currently having some trouble understanding how I should rate my game with the new free form user creation thing.

In the questionnaire it said:

Free-form user creation: In-game, free-form drawing or creation (e.g., writing or drawing on a chalkboard, whiteboard, or with spray paint).

Do NOT measure: In-experience user creations assembled with 3D assets (e.g., building a house, creating short-form videos, or creating an outfit) or that go through Roblox moderation before being published/replicated.

It is the “Do NOT measure: In-experience user creations assembled with 3D assets” part where I’m confused.

I think it might mean that for my purposes, it doesn’t have to have free form user creation. But I’m not sure and want to make sure I don’t underrate my game.

So if anyone has any feedback, that would be great!

Thanks for your time.
