hello, i have a problem with persona, i cant verify my id, while my facial recognition verification went ok, my id verification isnt working.
ps: this isnt the account that im trying to verify
while on this account and new accounts my id works perfectly fine, on an account, the only one with roblox plus, it will say everytime “make sure your id details are clear to read”, dont say its my phone or the photo’s fault, i’ve tried over 50 times to verify and this doesnt work. i’ve tried to change 2sv, email, phone but nothing worked. i tried contacting roblox support but its the worst support i’ve ever seen, now it doesnt even let me talk with a human, that is CRAZY.
i have read that persona’s support is not good so im not going to contact them.
please help me
