Trying create new local place

When I try to create a new local place or open an existing one, Roblox Studio throws the following errors:

• We could not open the place [95206881]. Failed to fetch place permission.
• Plugin moderation check failed – HttpRequest “BulkPluginAssetDetailsFetcher::sendRequest()”: got network error status: 500.

This happens every time I open Studio, even when I try to start with a fresh Baseplate. The problem appears before I can access any editor features.

Expected behavior

1. Launch Roblox Studio and log in to your account.
2. Click “New Experience” or try to open a recent local place.
3. Wait a few seconds – the error messages appear.

Expected behavior:
A new local place should be created without errors, and plugins should load successfully without network issues.

Entire site is down right now along with other games outside of Roblox, I don’t know why but hopefully it’s fixed soon

Hey, I assume this is resolved for you now, let us know if not! Yes as mentioned on the status page, we had an outage due to a provider for some of our resources having issues.
