Trying to attach parts RANDOMLY to a characters limbs

I want to make like parts appear on a characters body around it randomly . I tried using the welds that
I gave the parts C1 random extra values like fom -1,1 but that did not really work. Can someone tell me how I can achieve this? Maybe write some script so I can see.

For the random part you can use math.random() and/or iterate through using a loop then randomise it, then I suppose you could Parent it to a limb. (This is just a rough thought)
