Trying to recreate a better version of Legacy lighting

Heya Everyone!!

I’m working on a game based around 2010-2015 ROBLOX and I’m trying to imitate the lighting from said time periods, specifically Legacy lighting. Here’s what I have currently:

These are the lighting settings for the image. It also uses Retro Tone Mapping as well.

Now, the current Legacy lighting I have is decent, but I’m looking for something like this: (Taken from @SantiX_22’s “GoingTo2014”'s version of Deathrun)

How would I be able to replicate that?

Just at a quick glance it appears that the shadows in the second picture are far fuzzier, or even not present at all. Maybe try turning up ShadowSoftness a bunch to compensate?

I cranked ShadowSoftness to the max (1) and here’s what I have currently.

The sign’s shadow is more crisper. Though, look at the crying noob. His shadows are smudged, something I’d assume you want me to have. Here’s an image of all of the base parts in ROBLOX alongside a test dummy.

Does retro tone mapping not work without the technology being ShadowMap? If possible you should use Voxel, since I think that would recreate the shadows the best.

Looks way more accurate in my opinion, good work!
