Turret Firing Simulation

Hello, I am KnownMonarch, a developer and Project Manager at Carrot Studios, a fairly new development studio. Currently, we are working on Siege, a game where you destroy or get destroyed. Today I am asking the community to give their feedback on this turret.

This is what a turret will look like when it fires at troops or tanks. The model has been resized to show better detail.

You could try slowing down the turret once it has shot, how to explain…

Well, once the turret is shot, it ā€˜reloads’ by moving its cannons forward. But once the cannon has reached its default position, the velocity is losing losing all of its velocity.

So maybe, you could try slowing down the velocity until it reached its position rather than keeping a certain velocity to make a cut and drop the velocity down to 0 immediately. :slightly_smiling_face:
