Recently I have been creating a tycoon with a 3 man development team, the only issue that has arisen is the theme/name of the tycoon. We’re looking for something unique and not created before on Roblox; something that can be produced in quality but also appeals to younger audiences.
Any help would be appreciated.

How about instead of a car dealership, a car factory? Cars appeal to younger male audiences due to “Grown-up stuff”. I’ve seen many car dealership tycoons get popular but no car factories have quite broken the surface to the same extent.
With some effort put into it, you could end up creating a high quality and enjoyable game.
EDIT: For tycoons, just as simulators, it’s better to just utilize the actual topic for the game’s name:
You wouldn’t want “Exulia Factory” or some other made up name, you’d want “Car Factory Tycoon” with small alterations. You could even call it a simulator for all anyone cares, whichever makes it more popular.
Make sure the tycoon isn’t like the games where you step on some buttons and it places something, they usually get pretty boring real quick.
try making it like retail tycoon where you have to manually place down objects.
My idea of the theme would probably be a something that hasn’t really been done before in Roblox like let’s say “zoo tycoon”
